I provide customized health and lifestyle guidance to help you feel happy and healthy. I will work with you one-on-one to create balance within your diet and lifestyle that works for you. It isn’t just about the food we eat, it is also about our mentality, our relationships, our self-care, our finances, our career, our health, our stress levels and so much more.
Each client has their own journey and what lifestyle works for one client might not work with another client. I also realize that diets are not one size fits all and will work with you to find the diet that works best for you. We will look at all the aspects of your life and see what steps can be made to improve your journey. Some things I have found helpful are meditation, crystals, affirmations, journaling, essential oils, yoga and other exercises.
