Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to enhance and balance emotional and physical aspects of your life. Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts that are products of distillation or expression of aromatic plant material such as flowers, woods, grasses, leaves and roots. Aromatherapy can help concerns and goals including anxiety, depression, sleep, stress, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, PMS, menstrual cramps, heavy menstruation, pain management, headaches, migraines, fight infections, improve immunity, eczema, acne and so much more.
In your one-on-one consults with me, I will review your medical history and go over any concerns and goals you have with your health. I will then create a custom product for you to use in your daily life. The products I create include essential oil blends, body oils, facial oils, creams, cleansers, scrubs, gels, salves, room spritzers and more. I may also recommend some individual oils if they could benefit you. I work with Stillpoint Aromatics products which are all organic, wild harvest or unsprayed. They are a small company in Arizona who has close relationships with all of their farmers/distillers.
If you have oils at home that you are not quite sure how or when to use, I can also help with that! I would love to help you learn about their therapeutic actions and how you can effectively use them in your daily life.

I provide customized health and lifestyle coaching to help you feel happy and healthy. I will work with you one-on-one to create balance within your diet and lifestyle that works for you. It isn’t just about the food we eat, it is also about our mentality, our relationships, our self-care, our finances, our career, our health, our stress levels and so much more.
Each client has their own journey and what lifestyle works for one client might not work with another client. I also realize that diets are not one size fits all and will work with you to find the diet that works best for you. We will look at all the aspects of your life and see what steps can be made to improve your journey. Some things I have found helpful are meditation, crystals, affirmations, journaling, essential oils, yoga and other exercises.
