Recommended Use: Massage onto the tight or painful area. If purchasing the undiluted bottle, it can also be added to a diffuser or lotion and massaged onto the body.

10ml - Ingredients: Metha x piperita (Peppermint), Gaultheria fragmentissima wall. (Wintergreen), Laurus nobilis (Bay Laurel), Picea mariana (Black Spruce), Citrus aurantium var amara (Petitgrain), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Fine). 

Diluted bottle contains Cocos nucifera (Fractionated Coconut Oil).
